Advertising Canvas

The use of advertising canvases on scaffolding is a common practice today. It helps pay for the works covered by the scaffold.

When canvases are used, the structure must be anchored with lanyards to offset the thrust of the wind.

In order to minimise the impact on the retailers located on the ground floor of the building, the entrance and shop windows must remain uncovered. In some cases, the scaffold is erected above the first floor balconies and windows on the first floor.
